Currency & Pricing

  • All service fees, value-added services, and prices displayed on myassignmentservices.com are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • The base currency for the MyAssignmentServices Wallet is Australian Dollar (AUD).
  • MAS accepts payments in major sovereign currencies including AUD, USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AED, SGD, INR, and MYR. Payments in other currencies may also be accepted where supported by our payment gateways.
  • Currency conversion rates are determined by authorised payment gateway providers and recognised financial institutions (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The final payable amount displayed at checkout or on the invoice is binding.

Taxes

  • All listed prices are exclusive of applicable indirect taxes.
  • Relevant taxes (such as GST or VAT), where applicable based on jurisdiction, will be added at checkout and clearly reflected on the invoice.

Payment Methods

  • MAS uses multiple secure online payment gateways for user convenience.
  • Users may select any available payment option displayed on the website.
  • For alternate payment methods not listed on the website, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Partial Payments

  • Partial payment options are offered only upon client request and at the discretion of MAS.
  • Where partial payment is selected, MAS will provide only limited academic guidance, reference outlines, or progress indicators for review purposes.
  • Full academic mentoring and support services are provided only after the order has been paid in full.
  • Orders with pending partial payments are not eligible for cancellation, or refund under any circumstances.
  • Partial payment arrangements are not eligible for additional discounts and incur an additional 10% service administration fee.

Partial Payment Structure

  • Minimum 75% upfront payment to initiate academic support services.
  • Remaining 25% balance payable once 50% of the agreed academic support timeframe has elapsed.
  • A balance payment link is automatically generated and shared with the client at the relevant milestone.
  • If the balance payment is not completed on time, academic support services will be paused until payment is received.
  • MAS is not responsible for delays caused due to late payments from the client.

Partial Payment Restrictions

  • Partial payments are not available for orders with a requested support timeframe of less than 72 hours.
  • Partial payments are not available for services related to live assessments, examinations, or quizzes.

Duplicate Payments

  • In the event of a duplicate payment, users must email proof of both transactions to [email protected].
  • Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 3–4 business days following approval.

Payment Failure

  • If a payment attempt fails, users are requested to share a screenshot of the error with [email protected].
  • MAS will assess the issue and attempt resolution; however, payment failures caused by external factors such as banking outages, network issues, or card restrictions are beyond our control.
