All Cancellation requests will be processed and resolved by us as per the below-given terms and conditions:

You can raise your cancellation request to a maximum of 24 hours after placing your order. Beyond which no cancellation request will be entertained.
Kindly note that we don’t accept cancellations of orders placed with an assignment submission deadline of less than or equal to 3 days (72 Hours). These are considered as urgent orders and the experts are immediately assigned and paid upfront for such orders.
For cancellation request made with in 180 minutes (3 Hours) of placing your order, we will resolve such queries with a deduction of 25% of the order value. The remaining amount will be transferred to your MyAssignmentServices Wallet©.
If you raise your cancellation request after 180 minutes (3hours) and up to a maximum of 24 hours of placing your order, we will process the cancellation request with a deduction of 50% of your order value and the remaining amount will be transferred to your MyAssignmentServices Wallet©. The due deductions are levied against the operational costs and expert fees.
No Cancellation requests will be entertained after 24 hours have passed after placing the order.
We do not process Cash Refunds for any cancellation request whatsoever. However, if your refund request is approved, your paid amount will be transferred to your MyAssignmentServices© Wallet only after the due deductions subjected to the conditions stated above, under the heading ‘Cancellations’ (clause 2). The amount transferred to your MyAssignmentServices Wallet© can be used to purchase any other service from our website of the same amount.
The maximum limit to use your cancellation refund amount in MyAssignmentServices Wallet© is 90 days from the date of transfer.
We do not entertain cancellation request for orders placed with partial payments.
