Cancellation Policy

My Assignment Services

All cancellation requests submitted to My Assignment Services (“MAS”) are reviewed and processed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Eligibility

• Cancellation requests may be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours from the time an order is placed. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
• Cancellation requests are not accepted for orders where the requested academic support timeframe is less than or equal to 72 hours (3 days). Such requests are treated as urgent, and academic mentors and resources are allocated immediately.

Cancellation Deductions

• If a cancellation request is raised within 180 minutes (3 hours) of placing the order, the request will be processed with a deduction of 25% of the order value. The remaining balance will be credited to the MyAssignmentServices Wallet.
• If a cancellation request is raised after 180 minutes (3 hours) and up to 24 hours from order placement, a deduction of 50% of the order value will apply. The remaining balance will be transferred to the MyAssignmentServices Wallet.
• No cancellation requests will be accepted after 24 hours have elapsed from the time of order placement.

Refund Method

MAS does not process cash refunds for cancellation requests. Approved cancellation refunds are issued exclusively as service credits to the MyAssignmentServices Wallet, after applicable deductions.

Wallet credits may be used to purchase any other academic mentoring or support service available on the MAS platform.

Wallet Credit Validity

Any service credits issued due to cancellation are valid for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of transfer to the MyAssignmentServices Wallet.

Partial Payments

Cancellation requests are not accepted for orders placed with partial or pending payments.

Important Academic Integrity Notice

MAS provides academic mentoring, guidance, and learning support services only. We do not complete academic assessments or guarantee academic outcomes. All services are subject to institutional academic integrity policies.

Final Authority

All cancellation requests are reviewed by the MAS customer support team. Decisions are final and binding in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.
